The APLA Women’s Committee is a comprised of APLA staff passionate about issues related to women and HIV/AIDS. We currently offer quarterly educational and social events within a nurturing environment that allow women to socialize with other women living with HIV and to learn more about issues that matter to them. These bilingual events often include presentations from experts in their fields, fun activities, and catered lunches, at no cost to the client.
In addition, you can find a range of materials specific to women, including health fact sheets, information about recent studies, meetings, and upcoming events at the Women’s Resource Wall on the 2nd floor of The David Geffen Center located on 611 Kingsley Drive.
