Clear Channel Communications has given more than $1 million in donations to AIDS Project Los Angeles (APLA), according to an APLA statement.
Clear Channel joins a list of 12 individuals and organizations to reach that level, which includes The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, The David Geffen Foundation and United Airlines.
Clear Channel has also donated media placements through its radio stations and outdoor advertising network to promote HIV awareness, as well as APLA services and events.
