The three-mile corridor, nestled between Hollywood and Beverly Hills, is hosting some of the hottest parties for celebs and non-celebs alike. Let's start first with where the celebs will be and where you can catch a glimpse.

The Pacific Design center is home to Sir Elton John's annual AIDS Foundation Gala. It starts first as a viewing party, then gets busy after the Oscars. Every big-name star is expected to stop by, like David and Victoria Beckham, Nicole Kidman and Ellen.

The party doubles as a fundraiser, collecting more than $25 million. The headline performer will be Grace Jones.

The hardest ticket to get without a doubt is to the Vanity Fair bash, being held this year at the Sunset Tower Hotel. Only the biggest names in Hollywood are invited to attend. Past invitees include Oprah, Madonna and Meryl Streep.

Though these parties are reserved for the showbiz elite, you too can feel like an A-lister on Oscar night. The Abbey is hosting its annual AIDS Project LA Academy Award viewing party. The cost is $500 if you're going solo, or host a table for $5,000. Jennifer Love Hewitt, Tila Tequila and Niecy Nash have stopped by in past years.
